The biggest job is actually telling Google that HIS ACTUAL WORK has been stolen. The legal form for complaints for Google is always in the first person, meaning that anyone who knows copyright has been infringed cannot just do it by themselves, because they'd be claiming it as their own work. Only the original creator can do this.
